ECFC's Halloween Huzzah 2026!
(Cue spooky music!) Join us for another October of family fun with our Adaptive Mobility Costume Build, Virtual Huzzah Costume Parade, and Accessible Trunk or Treats.
All clients can join in ECFC’s Virtual Huzzah Costume Parade! Just submit a photo of your child in their Halloween costume featuring their adaptive mobility equipment using the RSVP below by October 23. We will feature these photos on our website and social media and those getting the most “votes” will win our Huzzah Medallion! Each “like”, “comment”, and “share” counts as a vote so make sure to spread the word!
The goal of this event is to have fun and spread the word about ECFC’s adaptive disability equipment loan program.
We will also be taking photos and signing kiddos up for the virtual parade during our Trunk or Treats! (see below)

This year, we are participating in the Harford County Public Library’s Wheelchair Costume Workshop and Inclusive Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 3, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Whether you want to sign up to have a costume made around your child’s wheelchair or just come see us at the Trunk or Treat, you can sign up using the link to their site below.

ECFC and our sponsor volunteer teams are getting ready to make some costumes built around your child’s mobility device and all we need are participants. There is no cost to the family and your only obligation is helping get the fitting right. We can decorate wheelchairs, most gait aids, and some adaptive strollers.
We are also firming up the details on a Howard County Inclusive Trunk or Treat so that you and your child can come show off these great costumes and have an evening of fun. We will be handing out treats and prizes and signing kids up for the Virtual Parade, so come see us! We post the dates and times once they are set!
